Incoming goods and storage service
Everything is coordinated to perfection so that the goods you entrust to us reach their destinations on time and in perfect condition. We create a bespoke service for your project.
It all starts with an initial briefing, based on which a specific team is assigned to your project.
– We draft a work plan, which addresses all aspects of the project, however specific they may be. If, for example, a piece requires special packaging, we can provide or manufacture it, and this detail is specified in the plan for execution.
– We draw up the inventory, which can be as extensive and specific as you need: staggered intake and delivery dates, checks and confirmation of pieces and measurements, confirmation of the product, model and finish; collecting goods from your interior design suppliers.
– We draft your quality assurance document. All the packages we receive for your project are quality checked for possible anomalies. In case of an incident, we will notify you within 24 hours, sending you a description and photographs, and await your instructions: opening the package to check the condition of the goods or returning them to your supplier.
– We allocate a space to your project in the warehouse to suit your needs. Each item or piece that comes into the warehouse is labelled with the supplier’s name, client’s name and the project address, and stored in the correct location.
– We prepare the project output work order, which we send to you on the day before the delivery. This document is updated with the entire inventory with its status and step by step daily deliveries. Your team will also have a copy to ensure the project progresses according to plan.
Furniture removals service.
When the time comes to assemble the project, all your goods need to be moved to their final destination. And not just any transport service will do. You need something reliable, orderly and safe. We work with our own highly qualified staff and our own fleet of vehicles. If your deliveries require a special means of transport, we will arrange and supervise everything, taking full responsibility.
– All goods are loaded and transported to the address specified by KMM professionals using premium protection systems.
– We also carry all the tools and equipment needed to assemble and install each piece. From the simplest to the most specific equipment, such as cranes and lifting platforms.
– If any of your pieces require special packaging, we will make sure that everything is ready to go.
– If you need anything transported to another professional for customisation or changes before installation, we’ll take care of it.
Assembly and installation service
The day you assemble and install the components of your project is the big debut of your work. We work to your instructions, according to strict guidelines of reliability, order and coordination. We resolve unforeseen incidents as they occur, without interfering with you or your client’s work or that of any other persons on site.

– Each piece is positioned according to your instructions on the premises or specified in the plans supplied.
– If you are not on site, we will send you labelled photographs of each room to confirm that everything is to your liking before starting assembly. When we have finished, we will send you more photographs for your final sign off.
– Your work team will have the step-by-step document, specifying all the tools required and the exact instructions for each piece.
– After unpacking and installing your goods, we will collect up any waste and surplus materials and take them to recycling points.
